The main goals of this working group are:
- To monitor interval CRC during screening and colonoscopy surveillance to facilitate benchmarking and comparison across studies and programs
- To propose a method to perform root cause analysis of interval cancers in order to identify modifiable factors
- To propose solutions to minimize the interval CRC rate
- To create a platform for collaboration across screening organizations, programs and facilitate worldleading research
